Joachim Dröscher, Partner
Joachim Dröscher has been working as an independent business consultant in various mid-range industrial companies for more than 15 years. Since 1998 his clients are mainly start-up and early-stage-companies in the med-tech, bio-tech and industrial high-tech fields. He is specialized in coaching consultancy for company founders, in business management and creating decision-making processes.

He has also substantial experience in turn-around management and restructuring. Joachim Dröscher is working partially as an interim manger in the fields of controlling and accounting. Before becoming business a consultant he worked for 14 years as an IT- manager in several industrial companies (Jungheinrich AG, Eppendorf AG, Nukem GmbH).

He studied economics and political science at Hamburg University of Economics and Politics, Germany, and received an MBA. His working languages are German, English and French (conversational).
