Dr. Wolfgang Feige is the founder and manager of WFmanagementsolutions. He offers consulting in HR, business strategy and change management besides coaching and training in leadership and management tools. In addition, Wolfgang Feige is a lecturer at the Steinbeis University in Berlin and at the University of Cooperative Education Baden-Württemberg for the subjects HR Management and Business Strategy.

Wolfgang Feige’s consultancy is based on 20 years of working experience in HR and management development on the executive level:

- Head of Vocational and Professional Training at Byk Gulden Lomberg
- HR Director at Byk Sangtec
- Head of Personnel Development at ALTANA Pharma
- Head of Personnel and Organizational Development at Nycomed

At ALTANA Pharma he was also in charge of global corporate management development. As a Member of the Corporate HR Executive Committee, Wolfgang Feige initiated and established successfully ALTANA’s Corporate University. In his professional career he was part of a numerous projects in HR, Personnel and Organizational Development such as company culture, appraisal interviews, competency models, recruitment, potential analyses, restructuring and reorganization, and improvement systems.

Wolfgang Feige has qualifications in business coaching and as a change agent. He earned his PhD in business administration after he studied economics at the University of Freiburg, Germany. His working languages are German and English.
