Yves Guillermet has been working as a human resource manager and consultant for 15 years in various industries in Germany, France, USA, UK and Hungary. He is the founder and manager of the HR consulting and coaching firm talents bridge®, offering and specializing in recruiting, potential analyses, management audits, career coaching, management consulting, and coaching of executives. In addition, Yves Guillermet teaches the subject personnel development and organization at the University of Applied Sciences Heidelberg and at the University of Cooperative Education Stuttgart.

Prior to his management consulting and teaching activities, he was Global HR Senior Director at LION bioscience AG, responsible for the successful recruitment of more than 400 executives and high-caliber specialists world-wide within 3 years.

Following his studies in economics and applied mathematics at the University of Lyon 3, Yves Guillermet studied personnel and organizational development at the elite universities of HEC and CNAM, Paris. He is an active member of DGFP (German Association for Personnel Management) and BDU (Federal Association of German Management Consultants). His working languages are German, French and English.
