Ruairí Mac Síomóin, Partner
Ruairí Mac Síomóin received his M.Sc. from the Institute of Medical Science of the University of Tokyo and his B.Sc. from the Moyne Institute of Preventative Medicine at Trinity College, Ireland. Research areas include infectious diseases and metabolic disease marker discovery. He has also worked in a major Japanese pharmaceutical company on projects to develop new bio-therapeutics, and in-licensing of innovative therapeutic candidates.

More recently Ruairí Mac Síomóin served as Business Development Manager at Amersham Biosciences Japan (now GE Healthcare), creating new businesses via strategic alliances with overseas drug discovery companies for the Japanese market. He has been resident in Japan for 15 years. His working languages are Japanese, English and Irish.
